1)  General notes:
    - This email layout is intended for use with Bronto's Google Analytics Connection,
      which appends utm tags to links to bensherman.com.  The links in the email do not
	  need hard-coded utm tags.
	  
	- Some elements in this layout are "includes" or content tags.
	
	- When commenting out a section you don't need, comment out the whole "tr" (table row)
	  tag pair (i.e., from <tr> through </tr>).

2)  Check or change the "teaser" intro text near the top, above the non-breaking
    spaces and the View in Browser link.  Set both versions (for having a first name or not).

3)  Choose whether to use a single main image or an image map.
    Comment out the main-image section you're not using.
	
4)  Change the main image path and dimensions.

5)  Change the main-image link (or the image-map area links and coordinates).

6)  Change the main image title and alt text.

7)  If using an image map, also change the individual link titles and alt text.

10) Make the message name all lower-case, use hyphens instead of spaces, and omit
    any additional punctuation (e.g., "new-womens-season" vs. "new women's season").
	Make the name your initials, a basic description, the subject, and the month/year. E.g.,
