                 Hope you are well and drawing every day! Quick update on what’s coming up, I’m currently in the early stages of putting together the follow up to the first Perspective Drawing class.
                 <span style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif;">
                 </span>
                 This will be a continuation of One-Point perspective and will cover a few more advanced concepts like how to evenly space objects out and how to ensure objects are the same size whereever you place them in the composition. So, I’ll be starting to put that together next week, so expect that to come out before the end of the month.

This is a handy little addition that I’ve not seen in other Reference Drawing software, and makes for a great starting point for people new to head drawing.

                 So, all of this sounds great, are there any downsides? Well, if you’re running an older tablet (the app is available on both iPad and Android), you might find this a little sluggish to work with. I previously ran it on a 2017 iPad and whilst it was still usable the models would sometimes get laggy, especially when changing the lighting.
                </p>
                <p style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif; line-height: 1.5em; padding: 0 0 15px 0;">
                 Another issue is exporting a PNG render of the head you’re working on. There’s no icon to do this, in fact there’s no instructions on how to do this and I came across this purely by accident. In order to save a PNG render of your head you have to do a Screen Capture on your tablet.
                 <span style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif;">
                 </span>
                 I don’t know why the developers have hidden this function, or why they would use a cumbersome process like Screen Capture, but to get a transparent PNG render this is the only way to do it.
                </p>
                <p style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif; line-height: 1.5em; padding: 0 0 15px 0;">
                 The other issue is price. The Lifetime Premium option is the option you want but it's not cheap.
                 <span style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif;">
                 </span>
                 That said, the developers are constantly adding in new head models and new features every few months.
                 <span style="font-family: 'GT Walsheim Pro','DM Sans','Helvetica','Arial',sans-serif;">
                 </span>
                 The number of models and features has more than doubled in the 2+ years since I first purchased the app. So, whilst it’s a little bit more on the pricey side compared to other Reference Drawing apps, there’s new content added on a regular bases.

                 Make no mistake, a digital head bust is never going to be as good as sitting in front of a real one under real world lighting conditions, there’s no point denying this. But this is a very good alternative that gives you a whole range of options to play with, so I highly recommend it. If you want to see some of the renderings then check out my class on Drawing the Head and download some of the samples available in the Projects and Resources section -
