          Updates due to the acquisition of Percy:
         </strong>
         We have made some basic changes to our Terms of Service and the Data Production Addendum therein to fulfill some specific requirements post our recent acquisition of Percy.

          Auto-Renewal &amp; Price Increase Cap:
         </strong>
         We have added an auto-renewal clause with a cap on the increase in the price at the time of renewal in our Terms of Service to ensure continued service to our customers without delays of renewing the subscription.

          Prior Notification of New Sub-processor:

         We have updated the sub-processor clause in our Data Protection Addendum to reflect a process change on how we notify our customers of new sub-processors.

          Brexit Update:
