In my case, I failed to make it clear that our use of A.I. is not meant to save costs. It really is meant to try to augment the productivity of our employees. And we are seeing that it is doing that. At the same time, people sometimes think it has already completely changed everything. This is just not true.

          In general, my biggest advice is, No. 1, be curious about all the new technology. And then No. 2, understand that anybody who’s talking about A.I. usually has a vested interest. I’ve personally tested out a lot of the tools, and you can really see they’re great at some things and really bad at others.
