                   When I work with patients, I almost always begin with some form of fasting. I don’t do this because it’s trendy, but because it works.

                   Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage blood sugar, improve energy levels, or improve any number of other health conditions, fasting is an ideal first step. It helps reset insulin sensitivity, which plays a role in how the body stores and burns fat, produces energy, and regulates things like sleep, mood, and attention. And, when supported by a tool like Zero, fasting can be one of the easiest and most effective lifestyle interventions you can adopt.

It’s because of how the medication affects your insulin response.
