                The new Depop Protection policy is here and will apply to eligible sales made from 3 September 2023 where the item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described.

                ) provides protection for eligible users (based in the UK and US only) in the rare case something goes wrong, and will replace the current Depop Buyer Protection and Depop Seller Protection policies.

                Depop Protection includes some key changes for both buyers and sellers. The key terms of the new policy are below:

                  3. Sellers must show their item was shipped within 5 days of the item being sold
                  <br/>
                  <br/>
                  4. The item was sold on Depop using the BUY button
                  <br/>
                  <br/>
                  5. You must not have sold an item on our Prohibited Items list
                  <br/>
                  <br/>
                  6. Depop Protection is only available for qualifying items (or bundles) up to a value of £250 GBP/ $300 USD
