               dated 24 July 2023, subject to PayPal UK Ltd becoming duly authorised to conduct its regulated activities in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority, we intend to transfer all our services provided to our users in the UK to our affiliated company, PayPal UK Ltd, on 1 November 2023 or such other date as we may communicate to you on the PayPal UK

               You do not need to do anything as a result of the intended change. By continuing to use Xoom services after the Transfer Date, you are agreeing to accept the User Agreement changes which will become effective on the Transfer Date.
