    When you hear the words… Rocky Mountain Oyster Challenge… you might not know what to think.

     Let me explain…

    <br/>
    10 treasure jars will be dropped along the front range of the Rocky Mountains as far north as Boulder and as far south as Colorado Springs.
    <br/>

   Each of these 10 jars holds $100 cash, a $100 KETL gift card, and most importantly a list of 5 coordinates that will guide you west into the mountains to uncover the ‘Level 2’ treasure jars.
  </p>

    The level 2 treasure jars will each contain $200 cash, a $200 KETL gift card, and a list of three coordinates taking you even deeper into the mountains where you’ll find the level 3 jars.
    <br/>
    <br/>
    The level 3 jars will each contain $300 cash, a $300 KETL gift card, and the coordinates to the final treasure jar which will be yet again, deeper into the mountains.
    <br/>
    <br/>
    The final treasure jar will have in it $500 cash, a $500 KETL gift card, and also maybe me standing there with a plate full of those Rocky Mountain oysters for you.
    <br/>
    <br/>
    The winner of this challenge will end up with a total of $1,100 in cold hard cash and $1,100 worth of KETL gift cards.
    <br/>
    <br/>
    I have no idea how this will go. All I know is it will be a damn fun time for anyone brave enough to attempt it. Navigating to these treasure jars will take you to incredible places, challenge you mentally and physically and most importantly give you the adrenaline rush of Jack Sparrow.

    We’ll be announcing the coordinates to the 10 jars to start the challenge on

     October 18th at 8am MST

    . My assumption is someone will win the challenge and get the final jar before all the prior level jars have even been found at which point I’ll release the coordinates to all remaining jars for everyone to go find.

    Why do this? Well, because it seems fun. And I’m a believer in rewarding the spontaneous and adventurous.
