                    If you are truly unmotivated to do your work, I'd seriously consider finding new work where you don't have that problem, or continue relying on your "internal priority assignments" since that's likely a good proxy for work you are willing to do and interested in. Creating a list of work in a tool that you don't want to do won't help you get it done.

                    Building out systems and backlogs works well if you're at the point where you can just sit down and crank out work you don't particularly enjoy. If you aren't at that point, running on vibes is probably the way to go.

                    One other thing to try is to pick a particular day of the week or part of the day where you do the boring and unenjoyable work. For example, I spend the first part of the day, before lunch, cranking on my unenjoyable but needs-to-get-done work. Then I can power through my afternoon energy slump because I get to work on things I enjoy doing.
