                    I love this question. I spend a lot of time talking about working sustainably but I've had multiple periods where I've worked at unsustainable levels and it was definitely the right choice.
                    <br/>

                    There's a time and place for working at unsustainable rates, the time for that is when you need substantial change. It gets dangerous when you chase that level of output indefinitely because it catches up to you and charges interest (usually in the form of physical health, mental health, and relationships). If I was in your shoes, I'd go into it with some intentionality e.g. I'm going to work long days / weekends / etc. for the next 12 weeks to see if I can get my business back to a healthy place.
