              BIPOC men – the mentors most in demand right now.

             We’ve reversed pandemic trends by

              increasing school-based mentoring by 17%
             </strong>
             – surpassing pre-pandemic enrollment.

            <li>
             <strong style="color:#2AFC85;">
              14,000 high school students
             </strong>
             stepped up to mentor their younger peers, becoming

              the fastest-growing group of volunteers in our mission.

             And after nearly two decades of carrying the weight of a 30,000-kid waiting list, we’ve made historic progress –

              cutting it by nearly a third, from 30,000 to 21,000.
