           Sorry for any confusion. All of our paid subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless you cancel in advance (which is noted when you sign up). This allows you to maintain continuous privacy and security on your device without interruption.
           <br/>
           <br/>
           That being said, you should have received a reminder email before your subscription renewed. If you don't recall seeing the email, I recommend that you check your spam or junk folders. It's possible that our email might have been filtered there. Let me know if you didn't receive it and I'll look into it to see what happened there.

           Can you describe what's going on with your Bear or why you wish to discontinue using the service? I'm happy to see if there's a way we can resolve any problems.
           <br/>
           <br/>
           If we're not able to get things working then I'll be happy to assist in getting a refund for any unused tunneling time.
