                        The Trump administration is attempting to erase the Endangerment Finding,

                         the legal foundation that requires the Environmental Protection Agency to limit climate pollution
                        </b>
                        under the Clean Air Act.

                        Without it, there will be no federal requirements holding back major industrial polluters of greenhouse gas emissions. That's exactly what Trump wants -- anything goes, all so they can increase their profits.

                        We've been in this fight for more than two decades now. Sierra Club was the first to sue the EPA in federal court for its failure to regulate greenhouse gases from vehicles under the Clean Air Act.

                         We eventually won at the Supreme Court, which resulted in the Endangerment Finding.
