What we didn’t fully grasp at the time was that getting in was only the beginning. The real work was showing up week after week, proving we belonged on those shelves, and inviting people into a category they might be trying for the very first time. That’s why we’ve been so focused on demos lately. There is nothing better than pouring a sip, having a conversation, and watching it click in real time.
