           Bynder recently identified and investigated a security incident involving a compromised third-party integration (Klue Competitive Intelligence). The investigation confirmed unauthorised access to our Salesforce environment and the exfiltration of business contact data.

           The data in scope is limited to business contact information: name, job title, employer, business email address, and business telephone number. Our investigation found no evidence that sensitive personal data was involved.

           We have contained the incident, revoked the affected integration credentials, and completed our internal investigation. We are awaiting a full root cause analysis from Klue.
           <br/>

           Following the incident, Bynder’s CEO was contacted by the threat actor who attempted to negotiate with us. We refused, and do not negotiate with criminal actors. We are working with the relevant authorities and have taken all available steps to limit further misuse of the data.
