Scott Bessent said Tehran has pledged unobstructed passage through the Strait of Hormuz and agreed to welcome IAEA nuclear inspectors back into the country. The waiver opens the door to broader sanctions relief as both sides continue negotiations toward a final deal within the same 60-day window.
