       President Trump's latest executive order is an illegal attempt to restrict mail-in voting, so we're taking him to court.
      </p>

       The president doesn't have the power to unilaterally change election laws. That authority lies with Congress and the states. President Trump's order is an unconstitutional attempted power grab and would shut countless people out of our democracy.
       <strong>
        The president himself even votes by mail – if it works for him, it works for the American people.
       </strong>

       In America, voters pick our leaders – whether by mail, in person, or both – and no administration gets to rewrite those rules to control the outcome of our elections.

        We sued the president within 48 hours of him signing the order, and now we're showing him the power of the people.
       </strong>
