                        I just accept that it’s a meeting only day and use the next day to do my follow-up tasks. If I had to do the follow up tasks that same day, I’d have to take a significant break and reset. For me that would look like doing the client calls during my normal “9 to 5” style hours, hitting the gym, eating dinner, spending some family time and then returning for an hour or two of focused work at night. It’s not ideal, I like to be done with work in early evening and just do other things but sometimes that’s not an option.
