        Fred, the Supreme Court has rejected, for now, abortion opponents' attempt to make it harder for people everywhere in the country to get mifepristone – a safe and effective medication used in most abortions and for miscarriage care.
       </strong>
      </p>
      <p>
       This ruling means that while this case continues, patients will still be able to obtain this essential medication at their local pharmacy or through the mail after receiving care through telemedicine, as they have done for more than five years.
      </p>
      <p>
       This win is a sigh of relief for the millions of patients across the country who rely on telemedicine to get the abortion and miscarriage care they need – but without permanent federal protections, our right to abortion still hangs in the balance, even in states where it is legal.
      </p>
      <p>

        Tell Congress to protect the right to abortion, including medication abortion, and guarantee meaningful access to abortion for everyone.
