      We recently announced several new features as part of the

      .  To support these enhancements, and to better explain our services and what we ask of our customers, we've updated our

       Privacy Policy
      </a>

      Please follow the links above to review the updates in their entirety.  Here are some highlights:

       Terms of Service
      </b>
     </p>
     <ul>

       We've made changes throughout to ensure the terms are clear and informative, and cover all of our products and services.
      </li>
      <li>
       We've updated our license and usage restrictions to clarify who is eligible to use Airtable and how customers may and may not use the platform.
      </li>
      <li>
       With the launch of Airtable Apps, we've added terms (and incorporated our
       <a style="color: #3276dc;">
        Developer Policy
       </a>
       ) to ensure applications built on Airtable protect our customers and meet our security, design, and compliance standards.
      </li>
      <li>
       We've added provisions requiring the use of individual arbitration to resolve disputes between Airtable and our customers.
      </li>

       Privacy Policy
      </b>
     </p>
     <ul>
      <li>
       We've made adjustments to better describe the information we collect and how we may use and share it.
      </li>
      <li>
       We've updated disclosures required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
      </li>
      <li>
       We've inserted links to help you access information and contact us with privacy-related requests.
      </li>

      The updates will take effect on October 21, 2020 for existing customers.  If you do not close your Airtable account by October 21, 2020, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  Please note that some of the updates may not apply to you if your organization has a separate agreement with Airtable covering your use of our services.
